Session 2: NCPCR and POCSO Act

• NCPCR-Statutory body to protect, promote child rights at National Level. SCPCR at state level.
• Need for POCSO when other rights and acts were already in use. 
• Aggravated- Person in position of trust or authority
• Corporal Punishment and its consequences. 
• e-Baalnidan, e-Box, Samvedna, Baal Swaraaj, School Safety manual, Child helpline number.
